WLCR Host Creates Inspired Science Exhibit at Library
Professor Chris Graney, Professor of Physics at Jefferson Community and Technical College, historian of science and host of WLCR's Science and Cathoicism show, along with the LFPL staff, JCTC and the Louisville chapter of Sigma Xi (The Scientific Research Society), has created a history of science exhibit revealing the deep faith of scientists Johannes Kepler (astronomy), Isaac Newton (physics), Robert Boyle (chemistry), Robert Hooke (microscopy) and Andreas Vesalius (anatomy). The exhibit includes ancient copies of works by these great scientists. It's a must see for Catholic students, especially homeschoolers, and anyone interested in the Faith of early scientists. The exhibit will be at the Library through Jan 11, 2013.

WLCR Mentioned in Indiana Catholic Newspaper-- Twice!
After all these years, how nice to be included in a diocesan newspaper! View the Criterion Article (06/01/2011). Thanks to them for the mention! What's more, after years of being denied any coverage, WLCR was briefly mentioned in an article about Rosary of the Air being taken off another station! The Record (06/23/2011). We are also happy to be allowed to announce our Radiothon in the Bulletin Board: 2012 2011
We remain in solidarity however with the other devotedly Catholic groups, especially schools, who are systematically excluded by the Record and Archdiocese. We pray that someday the Archdiocese will cease excluding the more Faithful Catholics.
